V mesh fencing is a comprehensive, cost-effective security solution that provides excellent security, looks, and value for money. It is considered to be one of the nicest-looking security fences around, with a unique aesthetic appeal that comes from its unique profile and design. The panels have V shapes pressed into them that not only add to the overall look of the fence but also increase rigidity, stability, and strength, as well as making it harder to climb. Our V Mesh Fencing (also known as ultra mesh fencing) is made from 5mm steel wire that is incredibly difficult to cut with standard tools.

On top of this, it is very hard to climb over and very resilient to direct attack (such as someone driving a car straight at it at speed). The open mesh design of the panels means that you and your security system have a clear view of what is happening on the opposite side. This fencing type is widely chosen for its neat appearance, low maintenance requirements, and compatibility with a variety of access control systems.

Which type of mesh security fencing is right for you depends on your specific needs and budget. Our other fences include our prison mesh, bow top railings and palisade fencing.

For high-traffic or sensitive areas, v mesh can be paired with pedestrian and vehicle access gates, post caps, and tamper-proof fixings to provide a complete fencing solution that meets both safety and operational needs.

Why choose IMS v mesh security fencing:

Strong yet lightweight welded mesh construction
	V-pressed profiles for improved rigidity
Galvanised and coated options for corrosion resistance
Compatible with a range of fixing methods and gate systems
Fast to install with minimal disruption on site
Available in various panel heights and mesh thicknesses to meet different security grades
Supplied with optional accessories for streamlined installation, including brackets, clips, and post caps

V Mesh Fencing FAQs

What should I provide when enquiring about V mesh fencing?

Provide the required fence height, total run length, site type, ground conditions, access points, preferred colour and whether the fencing is for a commercial, industrial or public space.

What makes V mesh fencing harder to climb than standard mesh fencing?

The welded mesh construction and V-pressed panel profile help create a stronger, more rigid panel that is harder to climb than lighter or less structured mesh fencing.

How does V mesh fencing help with site monitoring?

The open mesh structure allows security teams, staff and CCTV systems to see through the fence line, helping monitor activity around the site perimeter.

Can V mesh fencing be used for industrial boundaries?

Yes. V mesh fencing is suitable for industrial boundaries, service yards, commercial premises and general perimeter protection where a secure but low-obstruction fence is needed.

What are V mesh fence panels made from?

V mesh fence panels are made from welded steel wire with pressed profiles that improve rigidity while keeping the fence open and visible.
