Which end cap style should you choose?

Domed caps offer a smooth profile that sheds water, flat caps give a contemporary look and mushroom caps provide a decorative flourish. Choose based on visual preference and maintenance requirements.

Does mirror polish improve corrosion resistance?

No. Corrosion resistance is determined by the stainless alloy grade. Grade 316 is advised for external or coastal projects. Mirror finish is purely aesthetic.

How are end caps fixed into place?

End caps are typically secured with structural adhesive or a push?fit spigot. Some systems offer threaded or grub?screw options. Always follow the system manufacturer’s guidance.

Can I use grade 304 end caps outdoors?

Grade 304 may be used in sheltered exterior environments away from salt spray. For coastal or industrial atmospheres, upgrade to grade 316 for long?term durability.
